I'm a businessman working from home using Bedroom 4.
The master bedroom (1) will be available for twin share for two women from 8 July 2023. (You don't need to find a roommate.)
Bedroom 2 will sometimes be used for holiday accommodation for one woman only.
Bedroom 3 is a small room for a single woman tenant.
Transport: It's a 3 minute walk to a bus stop with direct buses to the CBD. There is ample safe street parking on a wide street or, if coming by train the 9.42am train from Strathfield arrives at 3.37pm, and when returning the 10.27am train from Tamworth arrives at 4.24pm at Strathfield station. Lifts to and from the station can be arranged.
Features: Out the back you'll relax on deck chairs surrounded by colourful shrubs and trees. Imagine yourself swinging in a hammock or enjoying the private outdoor spa.
House rules: This is a house for adult women tenants only. Visitors, children and pets are not permitted. No tenants who use drugs and no smoking allowed in the house.

And in January each year Tamworth hosts the biggest Country Music Festival in Australia with thousands attending events over 10 days. So why not come and discover the clean mountain air and clear skies of Tamworth?
Reservations may be made with a payment of two weeks' rent. No bond will be required.
Rent for the twin share room will be just $140/week each person including expenses and WIFI. You don't need to find a room mate yourself and rent will be the same even at times when you may be the only one in that master bedroom that has ample wardrobe space. Rent for the small room with a single bed for a woman only will be $175 a week.
